Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Chair weekly scheduling meetings with all stakeholders and maintain a rolling four-week maintenance plan.
•Manage capacity and resource requirements for the four-week rolling maintenance plan.
•Develop and print completed work packages for the teams and utilize the 4SITE CMMS system.
•Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks; ensure work orders are properly scoped and resourced.
•Plan maintenance to minimize disruption to production and track backlog reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 75,500 - 94,300 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Experience with Excel, Word, CMMS (4SITE) and MS Project.
