Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Onebrief at new federal customer headquarters by onboarding planning teams and ensuring successful initial planning events.
  • •Clearly communicate user needs to the product team and maintain product proficiency to excite customers about product improvements.
  • •Identify workflow gaps between directorate processes and effective Onebrief usage, driving adoption through configuration, coaching, and workflow optimization.
  • •Coordinate incident response when the product is unavailable or not delighting the customer, working with customers and product engineering.
  • •Support expansion and upsell by reinforcing Onebrief’s value proposition with Allies and Partners and keeping workflows synchronized across commands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience supporting operational planning, coordination, or execution in complex Federal government environments.
  • •Experience engaging stakeholders across large Federal organizations to drive alignment and execution.
  • •Familiarity with Federal exercises, operational readiness activities, and technical/security requirements for deploying software on classified government networks.
  • •Proven ability to expand adoption and business presence within Federal customer organizations for software/technology solutions.
  • •Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to obtain and maintain access to Federal facilities.
