Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain hands-on OneTrust knowledge and support the Privacy and AI Governance modules.
  • •Support Local DPOs and business owners with day-to-day data privacy matters and AI Governance module usage.
  • •Review and maintain data privacy policy frameworks and prepare/review data privacy templates aligned to applicable standards.
  • •Support updates to RoPAs/PIAs and assist with requesting AI Governance module access rights via GIAM.
  • •Conduct vendor assessments for compliance with data processing agreements and monitor central privacy and central AI mailboxes.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in data privacy.
  • •Hands-on experience with OneTrust, specifically the Privacy and AI Governance modules.
  • •Ability to support Local DPOs with day-to-day data privacy matters.
  • •Experience reviewing and maintaining data privacy policy frameworks and related templates to meet regulatory requirements.
  • •Ability to support business owners with RoPAs/PIAs updates and AI Governance access requests via GIAM.
