Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop automation solutions across SP&S manufacturing plants, including building business cases and partnering with on-site manufacturing teams to deploy improvements.
  • •Design and implement automation solutions for production lines, assembly systems, and material handling.
  • •Develop and maintain PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (including Siemens and Rockwell), supporting automation with MES and ERP systems (including Oracle).
  • •Standardize and scale automation solutions across multiple production sites, including creating automation roadmaps and funding business cases.
  • •Connect shop-floor equipment for real-time data acquisition, build data pipelines (machines, MES, cloud like Azure IoT), and create dashboards/monitoring while ensuring legacy-modern interoperability.
