Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop 5G architecture and reference architecture that securely leverages commercial/customized 5G networks to access the DoDIN, including network slicing (NSaaS).
  • •Provide 5G security architecture and requirements guidance aligned to 3GPP 5G standards for securing DoD missions, including zero-trust design and continuous monitoring (CM).
  • •Develop and implement proof of concepts using commercial equipment to evaluate and demonstrate DoD use cases (NSaaS, orchestration, security, continuous monitoring).
  • •Design and implement network architecture for interconnection of mission partner 5G systems to DoDIN; support lab prototypes and transition of 5G use cases for DISA and DoD programs.
  • •Assess cybersecurity posture for future 5G services, monitor environments for security events and operational health, remediate configuration/operational security issues, and develop STIG guidance for secure implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with telecommunications with Mobile Network Operators (MNO).
  • •2+ years of experience with 5G technologies in the DoD environment and 1+ year supporting DoD 5G efforts.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting DoD/DISA 5G initiatives.
  • •Active Top Secret / Final Top Secret / Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • •Typically requires a BA and 12-15 years of experience.
