•Advise clients on networking strategy and salary negotiation.
•Host virtual coaching sessions and partner with the team to deliver a supportive client experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in broadcasting or journalism as an on-air talent, producer, reporter, or industry professional.
•Strong understanding of what it takes to succeed on-air and behind the scenes in broadcasting and news.
•A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical skill building and career growth.
•Ability to coach on on-camera and behind-the-scenes work, including core broadcasting techniques.
•Comfort supporting clients with career preparation such as resume review and interview prep.
