•Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for your FSC product area — spanning banking, wealth management, and/or insurance verticals
•Define and drive the product vision in alignment with FSC's strategic priorities, including Agentforce, Data Cloud integration, and agentic AI for financial workflows
•Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, GTM, and industry solutions teams through Salesforce's Agentic Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC)
•Deeply understand customer problems — partnering with design partners, field teams, and C-suite customers to validate pain points and solution hypotheses before engineering investment is committed
•Translate complex financial workflows (e.g., client onboarding, KYC/AML, loan origination, wealth planning, claims management) into scalable, product-ready requirements

•7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise SaaS and financial services and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products

•Proven ability to define and ship products that solve real customer problems — from discovery through launch and adoption
•Experience working with and influencing engineering teams in an agile, cross-functional environment
