Key Responsibilities

•Build Referral Partnerships: Develop relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations, educating providers on Sailor Health’s services, eligibility, and referral workflows.
•Own Territory Growth: Expand referral volume by forming new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and maintaining outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Operate in the Field: Spend 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person across your territory and attending community events and provider meetings.
•Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure seamless referral and onboarding; share market feedback to improve provider experience and growth strategy.
•Territory-level & 1:1 Engagement: Present to groups of providers and conduct in-office visits to build relationships; balance strategic planning with detailed follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
