Job Summary

Own the end-to-end activation of Overjet’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product across existing B2B customers. Partner with Sales during demos and sales calls as the RCM subject matter expert, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and lead onboarding, implementation, and training through live practice. Build scalable activation processes to reduce time-to-value and drive utilization, satisfaction, and readiness for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Join sales calls and demos as the RCM subject matter expert to help prospects understand Overjet’s RCM value.
•Partner with existing accounts to identify and execute RCM upsell opportunities with dental office and central office leadership.
•Own the full RCM activation lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and training for newly converted accounts.
•Develop scalable activation processes that minimize time-to-value and support long-term success.
•Conduct post-activation check-ins to ensure utilization, satisfaction, and readiness for expansion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience.

•Demonstrated experience with upsells, expansions, or consultative sales motions.
•Familiarity with dental or medical billing, RCM workflows, or insurance processes.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills, with confidence presenting and managing multiple activations.
