Lead end-to-end M&A Finance integration execution for new transactions, from pre-close planning through post-merger integration across key Finance workstreams (R2R, P2P, Q2C). Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—including Corporate Development, GTM, IT, and Finance leaders—to align on priorities, budgets, deal close, systems integration timelines, and execution efficiencies. Build integration KPIs, run regular integration meetings, resolve issues, and maintain repeatable integration toolsets like playbooks and process flows.
