  • •Lead and manage end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions across Finance workstreams from pre-close planning to post-merger integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Global M&A and large-scale integrations.
  • •Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to drive M&A integration outcomes.
  • •Strong Finance acumen across workstreams such as Accounting, Revenue, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Source to Pay, Pricing & Revenue Operations, Payroll, and Equity.
  • •Strong familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  • •Ability to create structure in ambiguity and turn broad strategic goals into executable plans and executive-level content.
