Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze existing production processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement with long-term, safe manufacturing systems.
•Develop and design efficient manufacturing processes that meet required product specifications and quality standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and prioritize risks in the production line.
•Enforce and improve quality control measures to maintain or enhance the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.
•Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.

•Diploma or higher in Production (or related field)
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering
•Experience in plating (chemical or electroplating) for plating plants

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with design of experiments and statistical methods
