Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze existing production processes and identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement with long-term, safe manufacturing systems.
  • •Develop and design efficient manufacturing processes that meet required product specifications and quality standards.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and prioritize risks in the production line.
  • •Enforce and improve quality control measures to maintain or enhance the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or higher in Production (or related field)
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering
  • •Experience in plating (chemical or electroplating) for plating plants

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with design of experiments and statistical methods
