Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily store and warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials.
  • •Check incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications; maintain storage, labeling, and stock organization.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and investigate/report discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system and prepare/process material requisitions, goods received notes, stock transfer notes, and issue vouchers.
  • •Supervise and allocate tasks to storekeepers/warehouse assistants, ensure procedures/housekeeping and health and safety compliance, and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
  • •Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
  • •Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills; able to supervise and motivate a team.
