Key Responsibilities

  • •Support category teams in developing and implementing category strategies aligned to business needs.
  • •Support robust sourcing exercises and help deliver optimum outcomes aligned to category strategy and company processes.
  • •Implement supplier relationship management strategies within the category using appropriate performance metrics.
  • •Embed sustainability, responsible supply chain principles, and responsible sourcing practices into procurement activities.
  • •Undertake operational procurement activities including requisition and invoice approvals and support sourcing-to-contract activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain or be predicted to obtain a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Data & Analytics, or Technology.
  • •Support the delivery of robust sourcing exercises in line with the category strategy and company processes.
  • •Support negotiations for existing and new contracts to achieve cost-and-service balance.
  • •Manage supplier relationships to maintain professional and effective partnerships using appropriate performance metrics.
  • •Embed responsible supply chain principles, sustainability, and responsible sourcing practices and ensure Health, Safety and Environment (SHE) standards are maintained.
