Job Summary

Own the product and managed services roadmap for SAP application management and SAP cloud solutions. Monitor market trends, design new global managed services (content, offerings, costing), and manage service offers end-to-end across go-to-market and delivery with lifecycle focus. Partner with presales and bid management to maintain SOWs, pricing and sales enablement, provide internal enablement sessions, and prepare decision templates for senior/executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and evaluate market trends and new technologies for SAP application management services and SAP cloud solutions.
•Create managed services portfolio roadmaps and design new global managed services, including content, offerings, and cost calculation.
•Manage service offers end-to-end (go-to-market, portfolio, delivery) with a focus on portfolio lifecycle management; support sales and presales with expertise.
•Maintain key product documentation such as SOWs, costing, pricing, and sales enablement in collaboration with presales & bid management.
•Provide internal teams with product knowledge and run enablement sessions; prepare decision-making templates for senior/executive management.

Key Requirements

•Degree completed in business information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.
•3-5 years of professional experience in SAP AMS.
•Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Application Management and SAP products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP), plus AMS presales and/or product management.
•Experience with outcome-based AMS models and industry-specific AMS models; familiarity with AI-infused service offerings is a plus.
•Fluent written and spoken English and/or German, with strong communication and presentation skills.
