Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform molding inspections by collecting samples, conducting variable inspections (e.g., size/weight/thickness/opacity), and attribute inspections against standards.
  • •Perform printing inspections including sign-off after changeovers, variable measurements (e.g., colorimetry/surface pretreatment), and attribute checks (e.g., ink color/density and image accuracy).
  • •Make production floor rounds to observe and inspect product quality, process capability, safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practices.
  • •Record inspection results and complete quality documentation, including notifications, rework logs, and end-of-shift reports.
  • •Identify quality concerns and communicate deviations/control-limit trends for corrective action, including containment actions (hold/release, scrap decisions, and production interruption when needed).
