Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate warehouse machinery per Standard Operating Procedures and perform all job functions safely.
  • •Monitor and control warehouse process parameters; identify and correct deviations and respond to breakdowns, emergencies, and abnormal conditions.
  • •Maintain accurate process and inventory records and maintain high standards of material and finished goods quality.
  • •Continually improve warehouse operations through root cause problem solving, optimizing yield and minimizing waste.
  • •Support warehouse tasks such as pallet handling, stretch-wrapping, manual dock plate operations, and maintaining cleanliness (e.g., mopping and sweeping) as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 21 years of age and prior relevant warehouse operating experience.
  • •Qualified to possess a forklift operator’s license and work safely around busy, high-traffic areas.
  • •Ability to regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs, with exposure to noise, machinery, moving vehicles, and varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude; ability to work and adapt to different shift patterns.
  • •PC/systems skills; SAP knowledge would be an asset, and willingness to work towards industry forklift qualifications; full driving license.
