Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and condition of company-issued and procured assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months) with no major or frequent traffic violations.
