Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end process of customer contacts, from first contact to final resolution and communication back to the customer across channels (Phone, email, payment cases, EDI, etc.)
  • •Delegate and follow-up customer resolutions with internal stakeholders (CXC Team, Sales, Finance, Invoicing, Pricing, Master Data, Bonus Management, etc.)
  • •Lead Sales missions within scope (prospection, market research, etc.)
  • •Manage several accounts as a Digital Account Manager and create long-term commercial connections with customers
  • •Treat incoming orders and requests according to defined processes to deliver and invoice on time in full according to SLA
