Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer rollouts and expansion projects, ensuring successful implementation outcomes for new and existing teams.
  • •Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live by building and executing detailed project plans and managing deliverables.
  • •Translate customer scientific workflows into Benchling solution designs, including requirements/design workshops, data modeling, and configuration.
  • •Develop test plans, guide UAT execution, and train and onboard users onto the platform.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for customer needs, including developing enterprise training collateral and supporting post go-live expansion.

Key Requirements
