Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the construction management team (inspectors, document control personnel, safety professionals, and schedulers) and manage document control using Primavera Contract Manager.
  • •Oversee staging and logistics planning for construction execution.
  • •Manage contract administration, prepare Construction Progress Reports, and identify issues needing action by the client team.
  • •Perform constructability reviews and value engineering analyses; evaluate contractor schedules and pay applications and recommend actions to the client.
  • •Review contractor change orders and claims, coordinate with client departments/utilities/stakeholders, and support RFI/submittal/change-order and schedule implementation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of construction management experience for water treatment facilities and wastewater collection systems, including pump stations and treatment facilities.
  • •Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • •Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • •Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • •Familiarity with project control systems including Contract Manager, P6, MS Project, and SharePoint.
