Job Summary

Analyze CRM data to understand customer behavior and optimize marketing and CRM activities. Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions in CRM and marketing, while developing segmentation and lifecycle models to improve engagement and efficiency. Lead analytics projects end-to-end and explore automation and AI to enhance processes and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer behavior using CRM data and derive data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing and CRM activities
•Further develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making in CRM and marketing environments
•Identify campaign optimization opportunities through analyses, A/B testing, and statistical methods, and develop concepts to measure and improve marketing performance
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build modern analytics and reporting structures while contributing expertise in data models, reporting logic, and analytics processes
•Further develop segmentation, customer value, and customer lifecycle models to continuously improve customer engagement, marketing efficiency, and CRM activities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
•Several years of experience in CRM, analytics, or customer analytics
•Strong SQL skills; ideally also Python
•Experience with modern analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and data modeling/ETL/ELT
•Experience with customer value, segmentation, or CLV models and analytics/marketing automation
