Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure venture debt facilities and credit lines that support balanced growth and downside protection.
  • •Perform underwriting functions including KPI and market analysis and financial modeling (forecasting and scenario analysis).
  • •Ensure accurate internal documentation of debt facilities, financial reporting, and internal risk ratings.
  • •Build and maintain a portfolio management framework for timely reviews of financial performance with senior credit approvers.
  • •Support end-to-end operational delivery of the credit process, including systems, workflows, controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements
