Key Responsibilities

•Manage shareholder relations and IR, including pre-review of agenda items and support for decision processes for board meetings and shareholders’ meetings.
•Review and improve internal governance frameworks (articles of incorporation, board regulations) to strengthen governance systems.
•Respond to recurring and ad-hoc shareholder requests and maintain trust with shareholders.
•Lead communication and administrative processes for capital-raising activities such as rights offerings and bond issuance linked to shares.
•Monitor portfolio performance (investee and subsidiaries), track KPIs, and support value-up strategy planning for executives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience supporting shareholder relations, IR, and governance.
•Basic knowledge of Commercial Act and Capital Markets Act, plus experience running board meetings/shareholder meetings.
•Understanding of financial statements and the ability to analyze company performance data.
•Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills across shareholders, executives, and related teams.
