Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive table service in a high-volume restaurant setting. You’ll take food, beverage, and bar orders, enter them into the Micros terminal, and ensure accuracy before delivery. Handle guest questions, daily specials, and suggestive selling with strong wine and liquor knowledge. Maintain safety, sanitation, and opening/running/closing duties, and occasionally support special events throughout the venue.
