Job Summary

Support cybersecurity assurance and operations by gathering and coordinating evidence for external audits and certifications, internal audits, and customer security inquiries. You will document requests, responses, and remediation actions, participate in ISMS activities aligned to ISO 27001 and other control frameworks, and help identify risks and controls across products and services. You’ll collaborate with Technical Services, Managed Services, and Risk & Compliance teams and use AI tooling where appropriate.

•Coordinate across stakeholders to gather information and evidence supporting cybersecurity assurance activities.
•Maintain documentation of requests, responses, and remediation actions for traceability and repeatability.
•Coordinate evidence collection and provisioning for cybersecurity audits and certifications, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and FedRAMP.
•Participate in ISMS activities aligned with ISO 27001, HITRUST, AICPA Trust Services Criteria, NIST CSF, and related control frameworks.
•Respond to customer security questionnaires and inquiries and support internal evaluations for the cybersecurity internal audit function.

Key Requirements

•1–3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, audit, or cybersecurity operations (or equivalent transferable experience).
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business) or equivalent practical experience.
•Foundational understanding of networking and operating systems, including how logs/telemetry are used for monitoring and investigations.
•Exposure to computing environments such as Kubernetes platforms, virtual machines, and infrastructure as code.
•Understanding of AI and how it could be used in the role.
