Job Summary

Design and develop new homebase cleaning products, partnering with the chief engineer to define CTQ requirements, build prototypes, and run benchmark testing. Coordinate project schedules and Phase Gate documentation with PMO, and lead weekly project reviews to address design and testing issues. You’ll apply mechanical engineering expertise using CAD tools and support small-group leadership throughout product development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead new product design and development for homebase cleaning products.
•Work with the chief engineer to define CTQ, create prototypes, and perform benchmark testing.
•Coordinate with PMO on project schedules and Phase Gate documentation (SBD New Project Development Process).
•Conduct weekly project reviews with the team and provide engineering solutions to design/testing issues.
•Collaborate across groups to resolve engineering challenges during development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical engineering, with 5+ years of experience in mechanical design (cleaning product design preferred).
•Strong ability with CAD tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or ProE.
•Good knowledge of plastic tooling, with preferred experience in molding processes.
•Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
•Experience leading a small group and working well with other teams.
