Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all plant and department safety and security rules, procedures, and programs, including wearing required PPE.
  • •Attend required training on OSHA and facility safety programs.
  • •Report injuries, near misses, and property damage incidents to the Shift Supervisor before the end of the shift.
  • •Assist in keeping the facility clean (e.g., sweeping, mopping, washing stack racks/carts/walls, and running the floor scrubber).
  • •Train and work as a Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coater Assistant, or Material Handler as production needs require.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.3 hourly

  • •Able to perform duties described in Rewind Assistant, Blown Film Assistant, Coater Assistant, and Material Handler job descriptions.
  • •High school education or equivalency minimum.
  • •Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • •Continue upgrading skills by attending internal training and meetings.
  • •Must meet physical requirements for standing/walking, bending/reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional climbing of stairs and ladders.
