Key Responsibilities

  • •Own one or more scoped projects end to end, with mentor support, across the program lifecycle.
  • •Perform system-level trade studies to balance risk, cost, and performance and deliver trade study recommendations.
  • •Decompose complex system requirements into executable sub-requirements and validate outputs against existing designs.
  • •Support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), contributing technical materials and follow-up action summaries.
  • •Assist with qualification/acceptance test planning and cross-disciplinary integration, including delivering integrated subsystem checkout summaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Must be returning to school at the end of the co-op to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • •Ability to complete an in-person, 16–24 week co-op in one of our offices in 2027.
  • •Demonstrated interest in defense systems and complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
