Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Docusign IAM as the subject matter expert for solution design, configuration, network/data security, and scalability.
  • •Provide architectural guidance on integration strategies, web applications, and customer system environments aligned to the IAM roadmap.
  • •Guide project teams on deployment best practices, code/configuration reviews, and adoption of release features.
  • •Review and optimize existing customer/partner implementations; troubleshoot complex issues to recover at-risk projects.
  • •Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales for scoping and technical estimation; collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years working with enterprise clients to gather requirements and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
  • •Experience in software/SaaS consulting, solution architecture, or technical implementation leadership.
  • •Experience with enterprise integration tools, ETL, and web application development.
  • •Fluency in German and English; programming/integration experience using C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and REST/SOAP web services.
