Research Engineer, Machine Learning

Build and optimize large-scale learning systems powering open-weight models, collaborating closely with research scientists. Work across Platform or Embedded research squads to accelerate ML pipelines, improve training frameworks, data pipelines, and cluster tooling, and bridge research to production by integrating checkpoints, evaluation, and APIs. Conduct experiments with state-of-the-art deep-learning techniques, benchmark ML algorithms, and deliver prototypes that become production-grade components for Le Chat and the enterprise API.
