Security Operations Center Associate

Monitor and triage physical security and life-safety incidents for Carvana’s 24/7 Safe and Secure Operations Center. You’ll oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, answer routine and emergency phone lines, dispatch internal teams and outside responders as needed, and escalate assessed risks using established protocols and service levels. This client-facing role requires strong communication (phone/SMS/email), troubleshooting, and accurate recordkeeping.
