Key Responsibilities

•Engages with customers to create value and deliver outcomes, adoption, and renewals. Proactively collaborates cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience across the lifecycle.
•Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions, leveraging technical expertise, AI and automation, strategic guidance, and innovative solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
•Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution, providing timely support across Cisco technologies.
•Develop and deliver technical content and guidance that supports customer engagements, drives solution adoption, and enables customer self-sufficiency.
•Creates customer-facing documentation, ensuring deliverables are technically sound and aligned with CX standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
•2-4 years of technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting experience.
•Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (IGP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, VDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN).
•Experience with Cisco routing and switching platforms (ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000 series, ASR 1000, Cat 9k, 6500/6800/4500).
•CCNP is required; CCIE desired (Routing & Switching).
