Key Responsibilities

  • •Own service quality management activities.
  • •Collaborate with ITSO, production support, and infrastructure support to maintain visibility on service availability, incidents, and change quality.
  • •Promote best practices and controls framework, ensuring effective adoption across the application lifecycle from planning and development to support.
  • •Develop risk mitigation strategies and perform analysis on incident assessments.
  • •Provide guidance to teams to balance speed to market with operability, stability, and availability.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in incident and problem management and change management, including vendor management.
  • •Knowledge of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery management.
  • •Knowledge of IT product lifecycle and/or IT infrastructure.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; good written and spoken English (Mandarin preferred).
