Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of regional growth marketing programs including events, digital campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner programs.
  • •Manage pre-event and post-event processes, including attendee communications, briefing materials, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • •Analyze installed base performance, customer adoption trends, whitespace opportunities, and pipeline movement to inform growth strategy.
  • •Track and report program performance against KPIs (leads, pipeline influenced, event ROI/campaign metrics) and support marketing budget tracking and spend governance.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional activities with Campaigns, Demand Operations, and Product Marketing; support exec reporting and quarterly business reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • •Proven experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, commercial planning, partner marketing, revenue operations, or business analysis.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into executive-level business recommendations.
  • •Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows and familiarity with CRM/marketing/reporting platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Swoogo, ON24, Power BI, Tableau).
