Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate customers on products, in-store promotions, and events to support store goals and initiatives.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures; collaborate with store management to improve personal sales-driven key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
