Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Network Optimization unit with analytical and data-mining techniques to identify revenue-maximizing opportunities.
  • •Develop and document actions implemented by network optimization and revenue management teams.
  • •Summarize and visualize results, highlighting insights and opportunities.
  • •Document ad-hoc and structural changes, measuring revenue impact for network capacity changes.
  • •Review network demand (constrained and unconstrained) and propose capacity shifts; monitor new frequencies/routes and update the network team.
  • •Coordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • •3 years of experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment; experience within the airline industry is preferred.
  • •Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools, including at least 2 of SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • •Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid business analysis experience.
  • •At least 2 of segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, or web analytics experience.
