Job Summary

Help build Exa’s data partnerships culture by owning the partnerships cycle from outbound to close, negotiating contracts, and driving growth. You’ll work with founders, engineers, and GTM to land high-value data partners, shaping strategic data decisions and eventually building a Data Partnerships team in a fast-paced AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the data partnerships cycle—from outbound to negotiations to close.
•Make strategic data decisions—our data sets us apart.
•Develop and execute strategies to land high-value partners.
•Work closely with founders, engineers, and go-to-market teams.
•Negotiate contracts, hit targets, and drive growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in contract negotiation and privacy law is a plus.
•Ability to understand highly technical concepts and convey them to external stakeholders.
•Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
•Experience in data partnerships or data pipeline development is beneficial.
•Willingness to eventually build and lead a Data Partnerships team.
