Tech Advisor Breeder I - 1st Shift - Part-Time - Jetersville, VA

Provide technical assistance to poultry producers by advising on building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, and farm sanitation. Conduct farm visits to document bird comfort, manage flock and equipment settings, direct feed and light schedules, monitor bird health and egg production, and recommend remedies when possible. Coordinate bird placements and catch schedules and ensure communication across hatchery, feed mill, vaccination crews, and live-haul to support contract compliance, USDA, and government regulations.
