Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, test, and verify electrical power requirements with teammates, customers, and system architects across Boeing systems.
  • •Review supplier and partner qualification data to ensure compliance with Boeing and FAA electrical power requirements.
  • •Perform Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) in accordance with MIL-E-7016 and MIL-STD-704 and translate requirements into architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications.
  • •Solve problems and provide support for fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle while tracking and reporting project status.
  • •Model power generation, storage, and dissipation under mission scenarios and lead trade studies by generating reports and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or related fields (or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related).

  • •Experience using power measurement test and measurement instrumentation (power supplies, power meters, and analyzers).
  • •Familiar with Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) concepts and MIL-E-7016.
