Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the project cost control system and cost breakdown structure aligned to budgets and contracts.
  • •Track and monitor budgets, approved changes, committed costs, actual costs, and forecasts; maintain audit-ready cost records.
  • •Prepare and update Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC), identifying variances, trends, and risks early.
  • •Review contractor progress claims for completeness, accuracy, and contractual compliance; support payment certification recommendations.
  • •Evaluate and manage potential and executed change/variation orders, maintain a change log, and support close-out and final account reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years of cost control or commercial experience on construction projects.
  • •Experience with budget control, forecasting, progress payments, and variation management.
  • •Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial principles.
  • •Strong cost analysis capability with high financial accuracy and attention to detail.
