•Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for alerting, event management, monitor creation experiences, and autonomous detection capabilities.
•Define and execute the technical and organizational strategy for the Detection Platform while aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Applied Science.
•Drive innovation in AI-powered detection, anomaly identification, and signal generation that helps customers proactively identify and resolve issues.
•Scale highly available platform systems that process hundreds of millions of evaluations while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
•Develop and mentor engineering managers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and technical rigor.

Pay and Benefits
