Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a key client-facing framework, being accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships and reputation.
  • •Develop and deliver the framework account plan with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs, ensuring delivery against agreed metrics.
  • •Ensure commercial, contractual, and technical obligations are met and monitor/report Framework KPIs to drive client satisfaction and repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming client pursuits and work with internal teams to position AECOM, leading proposal development for winning strategies.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to identify business capacity and capability needs and support team development through progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience forming strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders within client organisations.
  • •Experience delivering technical and commercial bid development and delivery of water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering across project phases (e.g., business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, detailed design, construction support).
