Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and employees, and translate business priorities into relevant HR support.
  • •Provide timely, accurate HR guidance on people matters and stay close to operational needs through team meetings and business forums.
  • •Support talent and performance by identifying high-potential individuals, flagging succession risks, and facilitating development planning and performance conversations.
  • •Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance) and coach managers through difficult conversations, escalating complex/high-risk matters as needed.
  • •Implement HR processes and compliance requirements, support cyclical people activities, and track key people metrics to inform business cases and recommendations.

  • •Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
