Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and employees, and translate business priorities into relevant HR support.
•Provide timely, accurate HR guidance on people matters and stay close to operational needs through team meetings and business forums.
•Support talent and performance by identifying high-potential individuals, flagging succession risks, and facilitating development planning and performance conversations.
•Manage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance) and coach managers through difficult conversations, escalating complex/high-risk matters as needed.
•Implement HR processes and compliance requirements, support cyclical people activities, and track key people metrics to inform business cases and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to earn trust quickly at all levels.
•Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
•Comfortable interpreting HR data and people metrics to support decisions.
•Clear, empathetic, and professional communicator in both written and verbal formats.
•Organised and delivery-focused, able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
