Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct inspections of equipment turn-in processes to verify compliance with Army regulations and ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Validate equipment, components, and BII are properly accounted for prior to turn-in, and review records for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Assist with internal audits, document findings, prepare quality reports, and support corrective and preventive action processes.
  • •Maintain accurate QA documentation, inspection checklists, and audit reports; verify transactions are documented in Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, LMP).
  • •Identify process inefficiencies, track non-conformance reports to closure, and support training and awareness of quality procedures and turn-in standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Quality Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent military experience.
  • •2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics, or supply operations.
  • •Familiarity with U.S. Army equipment turn-in procedures.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
