Coordinator, Talent & Programming

Coordinate talent logistics and event programming for the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and Charleston, supporting the Associate Director on planning through on-site execution. Own travel, accommodations, itineraries, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes details for cooking demonstrations and beverage seminars. Serve as a primary point of contact for talent and partners, collaborate with the event marketing team on cross-functional execution, and assist with contracts, budgets, research, and tracking databases.
