Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment globally, with a focus on EMEA, using an AI-first, data-driven approach to improve hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and hiring requirements across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practice and market trends.
•Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to identify, engage and attract high-quality talent across EMEA.
•Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment, and manage interview processes to ensure consistent and effective candidate evaluation.
•Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely feedback and acting as a primary point of contact.
•Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, promoting Unit4’s culture, values and employee value proposition via digital channels and social media.

Salary: EUR 40,450 - 46,584

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in end-to-end technology recruitment, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
•Proven success hiring across a broad range of technology disciplines and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership and executive roles.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise and challenge hiring managers using talent market insights and recruitment expertise.
•In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters experience advantageous).
•Demonstrated experience using AI-powered recruitment tools to support sourcing, talent engagement, screening, workflow automation and data-driven decision making.
