Utilize data to inform product and marketing plans and build strong educator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the university lifecycle; oversee strategy, planning, execution, and results within identified universities alongside a Higher Education Customer Success Manager to drive MAU growth.
•Foster relationships with university administration; onboard staff, professors, and students via Single-Sign-On and support Canva deployment across campus departments.
•Focus on the Education community; run a healthy, predictable business with a customer transformation strategy focused on educational outcomes.
•Understand the Canva user lifecycle; build close relationships with educators and learners to learn what they need to succeed with Canva.
•Identify trends and usage patterns; use data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans and drive retention.

Key Requirements

•Experience with the Higher Education Market and understanding of university efficiency solutions; able to communicate with Instructional Technology Specialists and professors on Canva’s impact on student learning outcomes through design and collaboration.
•Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required; you can engage, present, and build relationships with university stakeholders across the LATAM region.
•Sales Expertise; comfortable selling education software solutions to drive MAU growth across institutions.
•Excellent Collaboration skills; enjoy working with direct teams and cross-functional groups.
•Experience with Implementing new Technologies; understand how institutions roll out new student technology and campus-wide deployments.
