Key Responsibilities

•Perform teller functions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, account transfers, and cashier’s checks.
•Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with teller procedures and security requirements.
•Provide excellent customer service by representing the bank professionally, resolving client requests and inquiries, and maintaining privacy of customer information.
•Operate an online teller terminal and handle related transactions such as selling traveler’s checks, official checks, money orders, and processing credit card cash advances.
•Cross-sell bank products and services and support coordination by completing required reports, assisting with training/orientation, attending meetings, and performing night-drop and clerical duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling required; previous teller experience preferred.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•Good communication skills and professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
•Good math skills, good typing skills, and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
