Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and refine compelling job descriptions and role specifications.
  • •Develop recruitment strategies and post job openings across appropriate job boards and sourcing channels.
  • •Conduct structured interviews and use scorecards to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • •Build a deep understanding of the roles you support, assessing candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment against business needs.
  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, driving urgency and accountability to move searches efficiently from intake to offer.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in technical and/or high-growth environments.
  • •Experience conducting various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • •Hands-on experience with selection tools such as video interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • •Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
