Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily operations of the Ottawa office and support teams across the business.
  • •Welcome clients and visitors and ensure office; maintain a positive, professional environment.
  • •Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; coordinate conference rooms and ensure they remain organized and fully functional.
  • •Coordinate catering services, travel arrangements, and meetings; coordinate onboarding and HR support for new hires.
  • •Create, review, and format documents in line with Burson brand standards and provide basic administrative support to teams and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Organized, versatile, and proactive Administrative Assistant with the ability to oversee day-to-day operations of the Ottawa office and support teams across the business.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to welcome clients and visitors.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
  • •Experience delivering administrative and office-management support in a professional setting.
  • •Ability to manage calendars and meeting room bookings, coordinate logistics for events, and handle mail and deliveries.
